On April 28, a conference titled "The Impact of Climate Change on Labor Protection" was held in Nakhchivan, dedicated to World Labor Protection Day and the 100th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The conference featured speeches by Fuad Najafli, the authorized representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic; Sahil Babayev, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection; Vüqar Abbasov, the Vice-President of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan; and other government representatives, followed by panel discussions.

During the event, employers with positive experience in labor protection and NGOs contributing to public awareness of labor and social rights were awarded.

Sabir İmanov, the branch manager of Avromed Nakhchivan LLC, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by Vüqar Abbasov, Vice-President of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan.
