CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

Dear Entrepreneurs,

I am pleased to greet you through the website of the Nakhchivan Entrepreneurs Confederation, which was established to support the development of the private sector and provide assistance to entrepreneurs, continuing the sustainable development reforms initiated by the great leader Heydar Aliyev across all sectors of independent Azerbaijan.

The meetings held by the national leader with entrepreneurs, his direct engagement in understanding the issues they face, and the concrete instructions, decrees, and orders issued for their resolution, as well as the adoption of state programs, demonstrated the high attention given to the representatives of the private sector.

Today, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is a modern region with sustainable development that increasingly attracts the attention of reputable international organizations and investors.

I would like to note that the attention and care shown to entrepreneurship have resulted in the establishment of new production facilities and successful reforms aimed at the reconstruction of existing ones, paving the way for rapid development in this sector. The participation of Nakhchivan entrepreneurs in international economic events, both domestically and abroad—such as business forums, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences—is of great importance for expanding the region's export capabilities.

Every entrepreneur should feel the support of the state and understand that our government is always interested in creating new jobs and bringing modern technology to the country, and appreciates such efforts. This is the reality of the day. The foundation of the state's support for entrepreneurs lies in their role in strengthening the government, reducing unemployment, and increasing budget revenues. Every entrepreneur operating in the Autonomous Republic contributes to the budget, creates new jobs, brings new technologies to the country, and plays a significant role in meeting people's needs. So, why shouldn’t they receive attention and care?

Today, systematic measures are being taken in our Autonomous Republic to develop entrepreneurship, increase the share of local production, and maintain attention to the development of the private sector. The Confederation closely monitors the involvement of local business entities in courses and business forums organized abroad and works on their education regarding these matters.
