Decree of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan on measures to ensure more effective organization of the process of acquisition of rights over land parcels and other immovable property as part of the South Caucasus pipeline expansion project more:
1. To approve (add)” the form and the regulations on the procedure for conducting unified information Register of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship”.
2. Order of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the appointment of A. T. Rasi-Zade as Prime Minister of:
2.1. to take measures to resolve the material and technical issues necessary for the start-up of the unified information Register of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship since May 1, 2011;
2.2. to carry out the necessary measures in order to finance the expenses related to the formation and implementation of the unified information Register of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship;
2.3. within three months:
2.3.1. Order of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the appointment of A. T. Rasi-Zade as Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan more;
2.3.2. order of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the appointment of A. T. Rasi-Zade as Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan more;
2.3.3. Order of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the appointment of A. T. Rasi-Zade as Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan more;
2.3.4. to solve other issues arising from this decree within its competence.
3. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with ensuring that the unified information Register of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship starts its activity from May 1, 2011.
4. The Ministry of taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with ensuring the real-time transmission and constant updating of information on all legal and natural persons registered in tax bodies such as entrepreneurship activity to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to formalize the database of unified information Register of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship.
5. The regulations approved by paragraph 1 of this decree come into force from May 1, 2011.
